IT Help Desk Specialist
NuView IRA provides custodial services for investors seeking to hold alternative investments within their retirement accounts. NuView is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to ensure the day-to-day operational needs of our team are met.Benefits

Objectives for this Position
Review and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
Ensure all team members are fully functional for their daily responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve outages with third party vendors
Provide general IT support to team members and customers as needed
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and Offboard team members as needed
Perform preventative maintenance on systems and machines as required
Notate activities in Zendesk software for future reference
Track and coordinate equipment and software for remote employees
Log and inventory all user licenses for various systems and software
Skills and Qualifications
· Associate degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or another related field or equivalent IT certifications
· 1+ years demonstrated IT help desk support
· Salesforce experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
· Financial services experience is preferredCompensation$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
