COMPANY BACKGROUND:
NuView Trust Company, Inc provides custody to over $1.5 Billion of assets that are self-directed into alternative assets. Since 2003, NuView has afforded individuals the ability to invest their retirement plans into non-publicly traded assets, such as: real estate, private loans, private stock, non-traded REITs and more. NuView has both a retail division, that works directly with individuals seeking broader investment choices as well as an institutional division, which provides custody solutions through advisors and investment sponsors.
POSITION BACKGROUND:
NuView Trust’s Retail Team services and processes the financial transactional requests of our account holders. These types of transactions range from traditional retirement account activities, such as account transfers and distributions, to more unique transactions regarding the purchase and sales of real estate, private loans and private equity investments within their account. This position has oversight over all activities, processes and communications within our account holders. The Director will oversee 2 teams with 6-8 team members on each team and a dedicated team manager.

Leadership and oversight of operational department
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
Attend and contribute at weekly executive team meeting
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
Update and maintain business processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
Oversee production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
General
Work closely with the management team and other operations staff to coordinate activity
Make NuView the preferred provider for custody of alternative assets.
Anticipate and eliminate any customer complaints about the delivery of services
Make the client onboarding process simple, rapid, and a start of a long-term relationship
Constantly find ways to challenge yourself and your staff to go beyond the ordinary.
SKILLS and BACKGROUND REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from accredited university or college
Five (5) years of operations management experience
Two (2) years of demonstrated financial operational leadership experience
Personal examples of building new and existing high-level client and strategic referral relationships
Experience presenting to groups using effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Fearless and passionate self-starter consistently demonstrating positive attitude and persistency
