COMPANY BACKGROUND

NuView Trust Company, Inc is a South Dakota based third-party Custodian for individuals and companies that self-direct their retirement plan. Simply stated, people choose NuView when they wish to buy “non-traditional” assets in their retirement plan such as real estate or private investments.

POSITION BACKGROUND

NuView Trust Company, Inc oversees the administration services performed by NuView IRA, Inc, a FL based IRA administration company. This position is responsible for working directly with NuView IRA and performing regular audits, compliance updates and ensuring all reporting requirements are met. In addition, this position will work with the NuView Trust Company board of directors and be responsible for the communication of information between the parties as well as quarterly meeting management.

HOURS

This position is a full-time position. Hours are:

Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:30

Friday 8:30 – 5:00

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Perform internal audit of client account documents

Regularly review and audit of client account assets

Review and audit annual IRS reporting

Perform bi-weekly FinCen review

Manage and approve FMV updates

Provide monthly trust reports to Board of Directors

Prepare and track all information for quarterly board meetings

SKILLS REQUIRED

Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

Knowledge of accounting procedures

Must be able to communicate in a concise, clear manner
