    INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE – LICENSING MEDICAL ANIMATIONS TO HOSPITALS, PRIVATE PRACTICES AND SOLO PRACTITIONERS WORLDWIDE

    Nucleus Medical Media, creator of the world’s most watched medical animations and a YouTube Health partner, is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial hunter for a full-time Inside Sales Associate (<10% outside sales for trade events) position. You may work remotely, onsite at our Atlanta area office, or a hybrid of the two.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead generation, lead nurturing among the 15,000+ marketing and patient education professionals working in the U.S.

    Proposal development for annual content licensing deals ranging from $2,000 to $100,000+.

    Large national/international territory with 30,000+ prospective hospitals, clinics and private practices.

    You will be trained on healthcare purchasing tendencies and buying cycles, hospital service lines, product application, invoicing, CRM use and internal project processing and delivery.

    You will present yourself as a subject-matter expert in using visual content to improve content marketing and patient education/health literacy programs.

    You will create strong working relationships with prospects, new customers, existing customers, and internal staff by employing careful listening and consulting skills.

    You will put in extra time to service customers in a timely manner.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identifying key prospects through online lead sourcing (Linked, Twitter, Google, etc.) and trade show attendance (3 - 5 events per year)

    • Prospecting via phone, email, and social media to target customers

    • Conducting PowerPoint® presentations and associated product demonstrations

    • Providing high value consultations to prospects

    • Being coachable and adaptable to a changing healthcare environment

    • Providing quality follow up to customers on a regular basis

    • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

    • Recording accurate and current contact information in CRM database

    • Maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in the face of long sales cycles

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 3+ years sales experience

    • Superior phone skills

    • Superior prospecting skills

    • Excellent presentation and product demonstration ability

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent time management skills
