    Job Description:

    As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate at NucleusTeq, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across various campaigns, events, content development, and social media. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales team to help build our brand presence and engage our target audiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Support:

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
    • Help create campaign content, including emails, advertisements, and social media posts.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making recommendations for optimization.

    Content Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
    • Write blog posts, articles, press releases, and other written content.
    • Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.

    Social Media:

    • Manage and curate content for our social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, etc.
    • Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and monitor trends.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.

    Event & Awards Support:

    • Coordinate logistics for company events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
    • Assist in the development of event materials and promotional collateral.
    • Identify top industry and solution-specific awards for our company and clients, and work with key stakeholders to create the submission materials including written abstracts, creative assets, etc

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry news and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain marketing databases, schedules, and files.
    • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
    • Provide general administrative support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
