    Job Description

    Frontier Communities is a privately held developer doing homebuilding and several other types of construction. Frontier Communities continues to grow and is looking for the best and brightest.

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for the following:

    · Assist in the preparation annual budgeting process

    · Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting

    · Developing data collection methods and analysis

    · Provide financial and business analysis support to management of several related departments

    · Prepare analysis of product line and customer account profitability and other sales analysis

    · Drive achievement of financial goals, assisting in the annual planning process, monthly and quarterly forecasting

    · Determine significant variances from budget and provide explanations and recommendations for gap closure or corrective action

    · Assist in analyzing the financial performance against key business metrics

    · Prepare monthly analysis of financial results

    · Create and work on proforma for various master plan jobs including both homebuilding and other types of construction

    TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Weekly sales releases

    · Construction releases

    · Review and input weekly net sheets into FACTS

    · Review and complete all weekly and monthly FACTS reports

    · Closing analysis

    · Starts analysis

    · Manage and input all budget revisions into JOE

    · Manage master job meetings

    · Proforma updates

    · Feasibility proformas

    · Update long form business plan

    · Responsible for quarterly meeting reports

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    · Finance or Accounting degree

    EXPERIENCE:

    · 3+ years in Accounting or Finance

    SKILLS:

    · Strong computer skills

    · STRONG Excel (macros, formula building, pivot tables, graphic presentations, etc.)

    · Analytical skills- must perform analysis, interpretation, and application to meet goals

    · Good planning and organizational skills are essential

    · Written and verbal communication skills

    · Knowledge of JD Edwards “E1”

    · Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
