Job Description
FUNCTION:
Serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Engineering Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for typing memos and letters, purchase requisitions, department forms and documents.
2.Compile and create spreadsheets and work orders.
3.Facilitate and effectively communicate with Contractors, Supervisors, and Inspectors.
4.Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets; check lists to record construction progress daily.
5.Always display a professional and courteous demeanor, answering phones, emails, and dealing directly with other departments, employees, guests, and vendors.
6.Provide professional administrative support to the Director of Facilities.
7.Follow up with departments on building audits and projects.
8.Complete weekly and monthly reports on a variety of projects.
9.Respond to queries and run additional reports as needed.
10.Interact daily with employees and management.
11.Assist as needed with daily correspondences.
12.Communicate and follow-through with outside agencies, vendors and customers.
13.Maintain and update department documentation, processes, and procedures.
14.Other duties as assigned.
15.Regular predictable attendance is required.
16.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
17.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.
18.Perform work in a safe manner maintaining a safe environment for team members and guests.
19.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.
20.Maintain a positive and professional image when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourage others to do the same.
21.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION LEVEL:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE:
Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years in an administrative position required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Advanced skills working in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
PHSYICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift, move, push, pull items up to 40 lbs.
Fine finger manipulation.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
