About the Role:

Black Diamond of Cincinnati is looking for a skilled and motivated Nuisance Animal Control Operator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who loves working outdoors and solving real problems for real people. Responsibilities:

Respond to residential and commercial service calls for nuisance wildlife removal and control

Inspect properties to identify animal entry points, damage, and activity signs

Set, monitor, and retrieve humane traps for a variety of nuisance species

Perform exclusion work including sealing entry points and installing deterrents

Safely handle and relocate or dispatch captured animals in compliance with local and state regulations

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers on-site

Maintain accurate service records, equipment, and company vehicles

Requirements:

Experience in wildlife control, pest control, or a related field preferred

Ohio Nuisance Wild Animal Control Operator (NWACO) license or ability to obtain one

Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and prioritize service calls

Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
