Job Description:

You will work at the Company's Louisville, Kentucky location, Number 15 as a Host, please refer to the primary roles and responsibilities below:

Welcome guests as they arrive at the bar and ensure they are seated promptly

Assist Customers with our unique check-in process.

Check and scan customer I.D

Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area, including the host station, entryway, and seating areas

Assist with coordinating the flow of customers

Answer customer questions and provide recommendations on food and drink options

Work closely with bartenders and servers to ensure a smooth customer experience

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

Maintain a positive attitude and always provide excellent customer service

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred

Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
