Job Description
You will work at the Company’s Louisville, Kentucky location, Number 15, as a Front-of-House Lead. The primary roles of the are summarized below:
Fulfill all of the duties of a Bartender (see separate job description) when necessary
Ensure all policies are being adhered to by the staff
Ensure all opening, serving, and closing procedures are completed to company standards
Make consistent executive decisions about daily business in the absence of higher management
Have a working knowledge of all FOH departments and the ability to assist where needed.
Communicate issues and areas of improvement to upper management.
Serve as the point of contact for any inspections or emergencies in the absence of management during a shift.
Prepare and submit End of Day (EOD) and sales reports to the appropriate channels.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Promptly investigate and resolve complaints concerning service and beverage quality.
Attend bi-weekly meetings to provide feedback and discuss opportunities for improvement with management.
Assist with employee supervision, discipline, training, and development. Front-of-House Leads have the authority and responsibility to address employee issues as they arise during a shift.
Focus on people and making connections, while strengthening relationships that already exist.
Assess staffing needs during a shift and make cuts or call-in additional employees as necessary.
Oversee the breaks of employees during the shift.
Number 15 operates as two concepts under one roof:
Number 15 (Main Bar on Main Street)
The main bar at Number 15 operates on two levels in the building and will have the following hours:
Mon + Tues: Closed
Wed - Fri: 4PM - 12AM
Saturday: 11AM - 12AM
Sunday: 11AM - 10PM
Last Place
Last Place is a sports bar on the ground level of Number 15, with a public entrance via “Whiskey Alley” / Washington Street. Last Place is open 7 days a week from 11am-2am.

Education, Experience, and Requirements
5+ years in the service industry with management experience AND
6+ months of employment at Number 15 in a FOH department (Waived for initial hires)
