Sales Ambassador Number JUAN Tequila - Fort Worth, TX Summary: The Number JUAN Tequila Sales Ambassador is one of both Ambassador and Sales Representative, working to build the Number JUAN Tequila brand and drive market growth against specific goals. Performs daily functions to obtain sales, secure new business and service the needs of Number JUAN Tequilas existing accounts within an assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned): Under general direction, solicits business by personally visiting clients, attempting to interest prospective buyers by explaining the merit of Number JUAN Tequila and its application Carry out engagements that will create brand awareness, encourage trial, generate buzz and build the brand's fan base Identify target accounts and build relationships with bartenders, wait-staff, management and respective wholesaler sales personnel (Specs, Twin Liquors) Track prospects and new accounts on Prospect logs that will be submitted to your supervising officer on a weekly basis. Schedule and host a minimum of 6 in-store tequila tastings per month Performs routine visits to existing retail liquor stores within the assigned territory and sustain relationships with staff, management and owners while ensuring inventory is stocked and POS material is presentable Regularly verify liquor store inventory by phone on a weekly to bi-weekly basis Performs functions in accounts that would include back-bar placement and responsible for placing POS material to promote brand awareness Performs all related duties to setting-up, attending, and regulating on-premise/off-premise promotions Maintains information on competitive brands, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Informs superiors of competitive activity and conditions that would affect company interests Communicate regularly and works effectively with Number JUAN Tequila market managers on market research findings as well as determining goals Sales Quota: Sales Ambassador must achieve a minimum quota of new business placements per month. Any placements exceeding the minimum quota within the calendar month will result in commissions detailed in compensation agreement documentation. Job Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Education: Candidate must have a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1-3 years field sales and/or account management experience Skills: Proficient knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Self-motivated. Transportation: Must have reliable source of transportation Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Candidate must maintain a valid Texas driver's license.
