Experienced Bookkeeper needed

We have an immediate opening for a friendly out-going individual to help support our busy bookkeeping business. Our clients range from small mom & pops to multi-million dollar corporations. All work is done in our offices, located in the 78230 zip code.

Job Qualifications include:

• Strong QuickBooks knowledge

• Experience working with AR/AP/GL including Bank Reconciliation

• Payroll including all the Quarterly reports

• Sales and Use tax

• Good working knowledge of Excel is a plus

• Self-Starter

• Able to Multi-task

• Work with Deadlines

• Assist with Phones and Walk-in clients

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Accounting

A strong candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work as a team. Dress code is business casual
