    Due to continuous growth in our clinics, BenchMark is looking to add a driven and talented Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to join our team in Boone, NC!     WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Joining our team, you’ll be expected to provide the most effective, evidence-based care through clinically superior physical therapy treatments, evaluations, and related services as established by state law. We understand that each patient is different, not only in their diagnoses but their story and what motivates them so you will tailor each treatment plan to each individual; listen to their goals and aspirations to create a plan that works for them.

    Some of your other responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee daily operations in addition to training and developing clinical and non-clinical associates
    • Develop your clinical team by investing in their growth and leading by example
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to hire top talent for in-clinic Office Coordinator and Technician positions

    WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 

    We’re looking for you to have the ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced team environment as well as working well and learning from your patients, peers, and supervisors.

    You also must have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be licensed or license eligible in your state.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • High School diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree in related discipline preferred.
    • One to three years of previous related experience required.
    • Must possess valid State Driver’s License, and acceptable driving record.
    • Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
    • Knowledge of basic computer related skills such as using the internet, and e-mail software.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
    • Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
    • Listens well and retains instructions; accepts constructive feedback from supervisor.
    • A track record of being consistent with attendance and prompt arrival at work and meetings.
    • Detail oriented, and possesses the ability to read and interpret street and road maps.
    • Ability to prepare and follow a delivery schedule.
    • Ability to follow standard safety procedures and regulations.
