  • Responsibilities

     

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Develops bi-directional chain of command and lateral cross-team/peer relationships across organizations supporting problem resolution and technology awareness
    • Communicates and interacts effectively at all levels of staff and management, exercises independent judgment and manages stakeholder expectations
    • Oversees and administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position
    • Responsible for all required administrative functions of the project
    • Provide on-site subcontract management to include but not limited to purchase requests for new requirements and contract change orders, generating SOWs and PWSs, and tracking accuracy and changes of invoicing
    • Coordinate with stateside procurement and subcontract management for real-time contract financial tracking
    • Develops bi-directional chain of command and lateral cross-team/peer relationships across organizations supporting problem resolution and technology awareness
    • Communicates and interacts effectively at all levels of staff and management, exercises independent judgment and manages stakeholder expectations
    • Operates across traditional technical boundaries
    • Operates/maintains customer environments, to include all projects
    • Operates/maintains customer Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery operations by cross training with others

     

    LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:

    • Reports to Senior Program Managers

     

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

     

    • More than 5 years’ experience in projects and administration
    • Experience supporting US Government and military customers
    • Demonstrated subject matter expertise with Information Technologies professionals
    • Proven working experience in overseas IT project management
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Must be able to deploy to Afghanistan, lift 40 pounds, and support on-call or 24/7 operations

     

    SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret Preferred

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Previous healthcare experience or coordination/dispatch experience preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Knowledge of common software, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and email
    • Ability to apply common sense and training to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
    • Ability to provide best-in-class customer service
