    You'll play an integral role in creating first-class client experiences within a real estate and probate law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team and be a total superstar – working directly with the owner to support the team and help clients. We strive to help clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast and need a Legal Assistant who can hit the ground running. We are looking for a legal assistant who is equally skilled at providing clients with the ultimate customer service experience as you are handling very important attorney support tasks. This job requires the right combination of empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical legal support skills. It is a full-time job, so you MUST be available to work 40 hours per week.We are investing time and energy in building our A-Team. Initial compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. Customer service experience, legal experience, and experience working in an office in a clerical/secretarial role are required. You embrace technology and have strong practical experience with cloud-based platforms for case management, document management, CRM, calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, and word processing.You have extensive practical experience with common office applications (Word, Outlook email calendar, Google, etc.)You must have excellent spelling and grammar.You have a penchant for accuracy and will work tirelessly to avoid mistakes that can cost clients (and us) dearly.You MUST be a positive person. If your middle name is “Drama,” you will not be successful here.You should treat a client, case, or task at 4:30 pm on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning at 9:00 am. Responsibilities: • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of the using our services again.  Qualifications: • You have extensive practical experience with common office applications (Word, Outlook email & calendar, Google, etc.) • You must have excellent spelling and grammar. • You have a penchant for accuracy and will work tirelessly to avoid mistakes that can cost clients (and us) dearly. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
