Nursa is a profitable venture backed start up in its second year of operation that is scaling quickly! You are an ideal candidate for this role with us if you have enterprise marketing experience in the tech or healthcare industries. Having a passion for upstream and organic marketing will enable you to best support our current and future Marketing Department. Finally, you thrive in a creative environment that welcomes different perspectives and ideas to help our end users. 

Reports to the CEO

Direct reports: All of the Marketing Department

Looking for the following:

• Fresh ideas: bring the ability to innovate and try marketing ideas that will distinguish Nursa from the competition. Including new tools and techniques for reaching both sides of a growing marketplace.
• Account Based Marketing (ABM): experience reaching decision makers through modern approaches to custom outreach methods.
• Creative content: experience with new content marketing approaches to grow our online reputation and connect with industry influencers.
• Community: know how to grow and engage a community through online content, offline events, location-based meetups, and community champions.

Oversee all aspects of marketing including (but not limited to)

• SEO

• Company Website

• Online Community

• Content creation

• Brand Marketing

• Paid Advertising

• Company sponsored events within the local community

• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and report

Manage our Marketing Department of 11 employees

• Uphold company policies and procedures

• Develop a operating plan and budget

• Conduct Performance Reviews

• Recruit and interview new employees as necessary for growth plan

ABOUT NURSA

The Nursa marketplace connects healthcare clinicians and healthcare facilities to fill per diem and on-call shifts, increasing access and transparency to the $17 billion temporary nurse staffing industry. Facilities post their last minute and per diem shifts on the platform; clinician users request to work these shifts based on their availability and the facility will review and hire the clinician based on the credentials and experience in their profile. This is a fast and streamlined process, all done within our Nursa App.

By showing clinicians local RN, LPN, and CNA jobs in realtime we help clinicians eliminate the headache associated with finding high paying work, while giving them the flexibility to work based on their schedule.
