    About This Role We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic Nurse Aide I (NA I) Caregiver who is passionate about helping others live safely and independently at home. You’ll work one-on-one with clients to support personal needs, promote dignity, and make each day feel a little more human.

    Your training and attentiveness will be essential in providing high-quality, hands-on care in a trusted, respectful way.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)

    Support transfers and fall prevention through proper technique

    Measure and record vital signs

    Provide medication reminders (no administration)

    Maintain clean, safe client environments and perform light homemaking tasks

    Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship

    Observe, document, and report any health or behavioral changes

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Current listing on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry in good standing

    Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide I training program and passed the NC Nurse Aide I competency exam.

    1+ year of experience in home care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred

    Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Clear background check, TB screening, and work eligibility

    Ability to lift, bend, and assist with physical care

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - (highly preferred)
