Perform NA II-approved tasks such as sterile dressing changes, oxygen monitoring, and catheter care under supervision

Track and document client conditions, intake/output, and vital signs

Support client independence with daily routines and emotional connection

Communicate observations clearly with the RN Supervisor and family

Keep the home environment safe, clean, and supportive of client's needs

    Who You Are

An experienced caregiver with confidence and heart

Organized, observant, and able to follow care plans closely

Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive care team

A professional who values integrity, compassion, and trust
