🏥 Day Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus 📍 Location: Sheboygan Senior Community — 3505 County Road Y, Sheboygan, WI 53083 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Day Shifts | Every 3rd Weekend

💵 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Pay based on nursing license, education, and experience

Sheboygan Senior Community is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Day Shift RN or LPN to join our outstanding team. If you’re passionate about person-centered care and want to make a daily difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!

🗓️ Shift Details:

12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Full-Time Position - 36 hours per week

Every 3rd Weekend Rotation

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Monitor resident health and update care plans

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support CNAs and caregiving staff

✅ Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin

Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
