About the Role:

Donald R Schneider MD and Zachary R is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join their healthcare team in Gambrills, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working alongside experienced medical professionals in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient health status

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Document patient information, medical histories, and care plans accurately in medical records

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions

Perform routine clinical procedures such as blood draws, vital signs, and wound care

Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)

Current BLS/CPR certification required

Previous clinical or medical office nursing experience preferred

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices

Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
