About the Role:

Richmond Family Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our Family Medicine/Primary Care Clinic in Richmond, MO. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families in our community while working alongside a supportive and experienced medical team.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced family medicine outpatient setting

Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories

Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed by physicians

Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education

Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and follow-up appointments

Respond to patient inquiries via phone triage

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements:

Active CNA, CMA, or LPN license in the state of Missouri - OR working to obtain

Phlebotomy Skills

Experience in a primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient assessment

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
