We're seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and customized injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers. This role requires a deep understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic balance, and the ability to create personalized treatment plans. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, and sales-savvy with a passion for the art of aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulants, etc.)

• Perform RJ microneedling

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the EMR system

• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and skincare

• Cross-sell and recommend additional treatments and skincare products

• Maintain clinical safety, infection control, and best practices

• Stay current with aesthetic trends, trainings, and continuing education

• Collaborate with team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active RN, NP, or PA license (OK state requirements apply)

• Minimum 1–2 years of injectable experience in a medical aesthetics or plastic surgery setting

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injectable techniques

• Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and professionalism

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert consultations into treatments

• Experience with EMR systems and patient documentation

• Positive, collaborative attitude and passion for medical aesthetics

Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):

• Experience with PRP, PDO threads, Kybella, Sculptra, or advanced filler techniques

• Experience with skincare consultations and retail product sales
