    Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership support to the Acute Care Telemetry department

    • Coordinate departmental operations to align with organizational values and strategic objectives

    • Support performance improvement initiatives and ensure quality care delivery

    • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and provide hands-on clinical support as needed

    • Promote efficient patient throughput, staff scheduling, and workflow management

    • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to drive staff development and engagement

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

    • Active RN license in Texas or Compact License (must convert to TX within 90 days)

    • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting

    • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification

    • Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
