About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Services team at a high-acuity, full-service hospital in Fort Worth. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a busy, multi-site emergency department that includes two off-campus ERs. The ideal candidate is an experienced ER leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical performance of the Emergency Department
Promote and model evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and staff accountability
Supervise and mentor ER staff; support professional development and retention
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, process improvement, and compliance
Ensure quality outcomes, patient safety, and operational efficiency
Support a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care ER leadership experience
BSN required; MSN preferred
Active RN license in Texas or compact state with temporary TX permit
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
National certification in emergency nursing or critical care (CEN, CCRN) preferred
Clinical practice in ER within the past 3 years required

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($45.68–$68.51/hr)
$10,000 Sign-on bonus
