    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Services team at a high-acuity, full-service hospital in Fort Worth. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a busy, multi-site emergency department that includes two off-campus ERs. The ideal candidate is an experienced ER leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical performance of the Emergency Department

    • Promote and model evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and staff accountability

    • Supervise and mentor ER staff; support professional development and retention

    • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, process improvement, and compliance

    • Ensure quality outcomes, patient safety, and operational efficiency

    • Support a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care ER leadership experience

    • BSN required; MSN preferred

    • Active RN license in Texas or compact state with temporary TX permit

    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications

      • PALS/ENPC can be obtained within 1 year of hire
    • National certification in emergency nursing or critical care (CEN, CCRN) preferred

    • Clinical practice in ER within the past 3 years required

    • Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($45.68–$68.51/hr)
