Job Title: Nurse Manager – Endoscopy

Location: Concord, MA

Shift/Schedule: 8-Hour Days

Hours: 40 hours/week

Start Date: 04/06/2026
End Date: 07/04/2026

Department: Endoscopy

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy unit
• Manage nursing staff, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Coordinate patient care and procedural support in endoscopy services
• Mentor and support staff, including strong assistant managers if applicable
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality metrics

Requirements:

• Experience as a Nurse Manager or strong assistant manager in Endoscopy
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Local candidates preferred
• Travel experience not required

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and patient care standards
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows
