Our resident care team makes a positive impact in the lives of our seniors as we provide quality services and a friendly smile daily. Our NURSE MANAGER is a leadership role working closely with our General Manager and leading the caregiving team at Hickory Valley Retirement in Chattanooga, TN.

Clinically supporting only 15 apartments under a "Home for the Aged" state license, you get to know residents and their families more closely. This assisted living area is part of our larger community of 105 independent living apartments - a vibrant and legacy community serving Chattanooga seniors.

Ideal Candidate as NURSE MANAGER:

Nursing degree (LPN) from accredited program

Active state nursing license

Patient-centered care

Current CPR & First Aid certification

Enjoys serving seniors

Excellent customer service and hospitality

Trustworthy, dependable, professional

Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.

Tasks to Serve Residents as NURSE MANAGER:

Leads, trains and supports caregiving team.

Works closely with families.

Keeps community survey-ready.

Administer medications.
