This is a leadership role working closely with our General Manager and leading caregiving team.

FULLTIME

Ideal Candidate as NURSING DIRECTOR:

Nursing degree (LPN) from accredited program

Active state nursing license

Patient-centered care

Current CPR & First Aid certification

Enjoys serving seniors

Excellent customer service and hospitality

Trustworthy, dependable, professional

Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.

Tasks to Serve Residents as NURSING DIRECTOR:

Leads, trains and supports caregiving team.

Works closely with families.

Keeps community survey-ready.

Administer medications.
