Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ICU operations and care quality
Lead and support nursing staff across units

Requirements:
Active California RN license & BLS
BSN required
5+ years ICU experience in acute care facility
5+ years as Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager
