What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, recruiting, billing/payroll, and administrative workflows
Supervise and support a team of office and field staff
Ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and performance goals
What We're Looking For:
Active LPN or RN license
Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with accountability, quotas, and operational targets
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company
