    Top Miami plastic surgery practice is seeking an experienced, patient-focused RN OR Manager. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of patient satisfaction in a comforting, elegant atmosphere for both our clients and our employees.

    The RN OR Manager is responsible for all clinical patient management, OR Circulating & PACU patient care, AAAASF and other accreditation maintenance, and clinical OR inventory maintenance.

    Skills

    Proven experience as a registered nurse

    At least 2 years of experience in an O.R. setting either circulating or PACU is preferred

    Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

    Excellent knowledge of emergency care including current ACLS certification

    In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

    A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsible and compassionate

    Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

    Patient demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills

    RN degree from a nursing program and valid nursing license

    Bilingual English and Spanish

    Salary negotiable based on experience
