    Job Summary

    The Nurse Manager is a central leadership role within our organization, responsible for the quality and adequacy of services provided. This role oversees clinical standards, supports caregivers, and ensures that care is delivered consistently, safely, and in accordance with professional practice guidelines.

    You will collaborate closely with other healthcare disciplines (PT, OT, SLP, etc.) to create coordinated, client-centered care plans. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of clinical processes as our local office grows—making this an excellent position for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on both client care and organizational development.

    Provide direct patient care as needed

    Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation

    Conduct ongoing assessments and reassessments

    Prepare, administer, and document medications appropriately

    Perform clinical skills, treatments, and procedures in accordance with scope of practice

    Follow all infection control and Universal Precautions guidelines

    Provide supervision and guidance to caregivers as required

    Contribute to strengthening and developing clinical processes as part of our growing team

    Qualifications

    Current certificate of competence and good standing

    CPR certification

    Strong clinical skills

    Negative TB test or chest X-ray

    Self-directed with the ability to work independently

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Leadership-minded individual who enjoys contributing to team development and organizational growth
