We’re hiring a Nurse Manager in Carlisle, Pennsylvania who wants leadership responsibility, structured weekday hours, and the opportunity to build and guide a high-performing clinical team in a community-focused setting.
You’ll step into a leadership role overseeing medical support staff while ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical leadership to drive consistency, compliance, and performance in a well-supported outpatient environment.
You’ll practice in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, a historic town known for its restored architecture, tree-lined streets, and landmarks such as the U.S. Army Heritage & Education Center.

• You hold a clear and active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• You have at least five years of healthcare experience
• You have a minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience

• You’re comfortable leading teams and driving accountability
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $84,000 to $95,000
• Health insurance with employee contribution of $48.86 bi-weekly
