We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who thrives in both aesthetic treatments and functional medicine. You’ll be part of our founding team — delivering transformative care through personalized wellness plans, injectable services, and regenerative therapies.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct functional health assessments and interpret lab work

Design comprehensive treatment plans (HRT, peptides, lifestyle, supplements, IVs)

Administer aesthetic injectables: neurotoxins and dermal fillers

Educate clients on wellness strategies and aesthetic outcomes

Collaborate with the full care team: MD, RNs, wellness advisors, aesthetics team

Maintain meticulous charting and EMR compliance

Stay current via ongoing training

Qualifications

Active NP license in Arizona (unrestricted)

2+ years clinical experience (wellness or aesthetics preferred)

Experience with aesthetic injectables (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers)

Familiarity with hormone health, peptides, IV Therapy, Supplements

Functional lab interpretation

Excellent communicator with a client-centered mindset

Comfortable learning new tech: EMR, lab portals, supplement platforms
