Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients to determine their health status and develop appropriate care plans. • Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by overseeing physicians or healthcare providers. • Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies to promote wellness. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient encounters. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland. • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. • Excellent interpersonal communication and patient rapport-building. • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Familiar with Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). Compensation: $70 - $80 hourly
