Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with medical practices.

Skills

Proficiency in dermabrasion techniques and other minor surgical procedures.

Experience working in a medical office setting with familiarity in discharge planning processes.

Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for efficient patient record management.

Understanding of coding practices relevant to healthcare billing.

Ability to work effectively within a teaching urgent care environment, promoting learning among peers.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
