Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care in a supportive and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Develop treatment plans and collaborate with physicians on patient care.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow established clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in State of Texas
- years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certification
- BLS and ACLS certification (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
