    Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and provide virtual care through the Duo telehealth platform. In this fully remote role, you will review patient submissions, conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment and wellness plans, and prescribe medications through RO Pharmacy. As a vital part of Duo, you will help deliver holistic, high-quality care focused on prevention, optimization, and patient empowerment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct virtual patient consultations via video or phone through the Duo platform.

    Review patient submissions, health history, and labs to assess needs and eligibility.

    Develop and manage personalized treatment and wellness plans.

    Prescribe medications as appropriate, with orders filled by RO Pharmacy.

    Document all encounters accurately in Duo’s EMR system.

    Educate and empower patients with sustainable wellness strategies.

    Collaborate with the care team and other providers to ensure high-quality, integrated care.

    Participate in weekly chart reviews (2 hours, in-office) and occasional team building and training activities

    Schedule Expectations

    Work from home with company-provided phone for patient consultations

    Work-from-home flexibility is subject to change in accordance with pharmacy operations, patient growth, and evolving business needs.

    On-call hours:

    Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Weekly 2-hour in-office meeting for chart reviews, inventory, documentation compliance and workflow improvements

    Qualifications

    Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas (and the U.S.).

    Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, women’s health, functional medicine, or wellness.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.

    Comfortable conducting virtual consultations and using EMR/telehealth platforms.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate documentation.

    Passion for preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and holistic wellness.
