Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (Telehealth)
Location: Remote (multi-state coverage preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually (FTE), with flexibility for multi-state licensed providers. Hourly/contract structures available.

and internal medicine NPs who can support diverse patient populations.
Role Overview
Nurse Practitioners will provide virtual patient care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment,
and prescribing within their licensure scope. NPs will work closely with the medical leadership team
to establish practice policies, manage patient care workflows, and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual primary care visits (acute, chronic, preventative).
- Support practice operations: telehealth protocols, prescribing guidelines, documentation workflows.
- Participate in practice policy creation and implementation for scaling telehealth operations.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and medical leadership to ensure quality standards.
- Provide input on workflow improvements to enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with state-specific telemedicine regulations and clinical guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 4+ years in telehealth/virtual care preferred.
- Multi-state NP licensure strongly preferred (covering at least 10+ states).
- Experience with next-gen digital health platforms and telemedicine workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee clinical groups, policies, and workflows.
- Strong communication and adaptability in a virtual care environment.
