Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative clinical team. This role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care plan development, and the implementation of evidence-based treatments that span lifestyle, diet, peptides, medications, supplements, and more.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed patient histories and physical exams

Develop personalized, root-cause-focused care plans

Educate and counsel patients on next steps in a clear, compassionate way

Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team

Document thoroughly using Elation EMR and AI-powered scribe technology

Provide follow-up care to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications:

Active NP license in good standing

Need to have 2 years minimum regenerative medicine, functional medicine or BHRT experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Commitment to continuous learning (CME included)

Passion for innovation in healthcare
