Qualifications: • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota. • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist • 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred. • Strong background in geriatric, primary, acute, and chronic care. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to patient-centered care, ethics, and continuous learning. Compensation: $116,000 - $165,000
