👩‍⚕️ Join our trusted, community-based team! We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

💼 Position Highlights

🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (No weekends!)

🏥 Setting: Outpatient clinic with occasional nursing home/subacute visits

👥 Patient Load: ~18–22 patients/day

🗣️ Spanish: Preferred

💼 Full-time or Part-time available
