This full-time Nurse Practitioner opportunity is with a mission-driven community health center that serves a diverse patient population, including Medicaid-insured and underserved families. You’ll work in a collaborative, team-based environment, providing walk-in and same-day medical care in a fast-paced, patient-centered express care setting that truly makes a difference.
Salary and Benefits – Nurse Practitioner in Mechanicsburg, PA
- $125,000 to $135,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)
- Student Loan Repayment - Up to $50,000

Key Responsibilities – Community-Based Nurse Practitioner
- (Week 1) Three 12.5 Hour Shifts
- (Week 2) Four Shifts, Including: Two 12.5-hour Weekday Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
- Two Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 7:45 AM – 2:15 PM)
- Provide Prompt and Comprehensive Evaluation and Treatment for Common Illnesses and Injuries, Including
- Upper Respiratory Infections
- Minor Cuts, Sprains, and Injuries
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Medication Refills and Patient Education
- Order and Interpret Basic Labs, Diagnostics, and Imaging
- Refer to Primary Care or Specialists as Needed
- Collaborate With On-Site Support Team and Medical Directors
- Document Patient Care in Electronic Medical Records Accurately and Efficiently
- Support Quality Improvement and Preventive Care Initiatives
- Serve as a Community-Focused Provider, Supporting Access to Affordable Walk-In Care
