    Description:
    A leading healthcare organization is seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide advanced wound care services to patients in the King County, WA area. This full-time W2 position involves delivering care in patient homes and care facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel to patient residences, skilled nursing facilities, and adult care homes to provide advanced wound care services.
    • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and perform wound care techniques, including debridements and biologic patch applications.
    • Accurately document patient visits in the EMR system.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Build trust and compassion with patients while delivering high-quality care.

    Requirements:

    • Active and valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
    • Board certification is required.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
    • Willingness to travel within the King County area.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality wound care services.
    • Must travel for initial training (out-of-state travel required).
    • DEA license is not required.

    Position Details:

    • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Full-Time W2
    • Patient Load: Up to 30–35 patients per week (7–9 per day)

    Training Program:

    • Week 1: Virtual orientation and EMR training.
    • Weeks 2 & 3: In-person training with an Advanced Wound Care Trainer (travel required).
    • Compensation during training: $50/hour.
