About the Role:

Michael Silao, MD is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Chino Hills, CA. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging

Provide patient education on disease management, prevention, and wellness

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California (NP-C or equivalent)

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

Current DEA license and prescriptive authority

BLS/ACLS certification required

1+ years of clinical NP experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
