Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• 10% annual performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior populations
  • Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Preventive Care focus
• No inpatient or on-call responsibilities
• Manage a capped patient panel of 650
• Conduct 10–12 patient visits per day to allow for meaningful, unrushed care
• Perform in-office procedures, including:
  • Minor suturing
  • Joint injections
  • Skin biopsies
  • Advanced wound care
  • Geriatric preventive screenings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Contribute to a quality-focused, improvement-driven clinical environment

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted Oklahoma NP license
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience required
• Proficiency in common in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, biopsies, wound care)
• Geriatric training preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based model
• Passion for serving medically complex and underserved populations
• Patient-focused and quality-driven clinical approach
