Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- 10% annual performance bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior populations
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Preventive Care focus
- No inpatient or on-call responsibilities
- Manage a capped patient panel of 650
- Conduct 10–12 patient visits per day to allow for meaningful, unrushed care
- Perform in-office procedures, including:
- Minor suturing
- Joint injections
- Skin biopsies
- Advanced wound care
- Geriatric preventive screenings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Contribute to a quality-focused, improvement-driven clinical environment
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Oklahoma NP license
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience required
- Proficiency in common in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, biopsies, wound care)
- Geriatric training preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based model
- Passion for serving medically complex and underserved populations
- Patient-focused and quality-driven clinical approach
