    Description:
    A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to deliver exceptional wound care services to patients in their homes and care facilities in the Northwest Phoenix, AZ area. This full-time role involves providing advanced wound care with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel to patient residences, skilled nursing facilities, and adult care homes to provide advanced wound care services.
    • Conduct thorough assessments, reach informed diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Perform advanced wound care techniques, including debridements, biologic patch applications, and Ultramist technology.
    • Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR system.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Cultivate trust and compassion with patients and their families.

    Requirements:

    • Active and valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
    • Board certification is required.
    • Willingness to travel within the Northwest Phoenix area.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality wound care services.
    • Must be willing to travel for initial training (out-of-state travel required).
    • DEA license is not required.

    Position Details:

    • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) – 1099 Independent Contractor
    • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
    • Patient Load: Up to 30–35 patients per week (7–9 per day)

    Training Program:

    • Week 1: Virtual orientation and EMR training.
    • Weeks 2 & 3: In-person training with an Advanced Wound Care Trainer (travel required).
    • Compensation during training: $50/hour.
