Our Bronx, NY clinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to oversee the daily function of our clinic. The RN Manager will obsess over providing an amazing patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence and support the provider. Key Responsibilities Include: ● Patient care: Support provider with patient visits, ability to wear multiple hats and assist with clinical duties as needed ● Revenue: High ticket closing support, save membership cancellations, declined payment reach outs, quality control, local ground marketing ● Inventory: Medical supply inventory, amazon inventory, vendor management ● Quality: Frequent compliance QA checks, patient quality control checks, reducing staff errors ● Employee Culture: Staff management, patient google reviews, office maintenance Qualifications: ● Active NP license in New York State ● At least 1 year of NP experience ● Confident leading teams and handling administrative tasks ● Ability to wear multiple hats and support various departments when needed ● Experience in aesthetics, Men's Health or cash pay medicine preferred ● Experience managing direct reports
