Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in occupational medicine, workplace injury management, and preventive care for employees across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and return-to-work evaluations

Evaluating and managing work-related injuries and illnesses

Performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)

Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and employers for continuity of care

Documenting clinical findings accurately and in a timely manner in EMR

Supporting wellness initiatives and preventive care programs

Qualifications:

Current and valid NP-C license in California

BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)

Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Primary Care preferred

Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and time management skills

DOT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
