Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and screenings.

Diagnose complex health issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment notes.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey (Required).

Credentials: Valid DEA license for controlled substances.

Compliance: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Bonus: Previous experience working or rounding in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a major plus.
