    A fast-growing mobile wound care organization is hiring Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA) to deliver advanced wound care services to patients in homes and care facilities throughout Bend, Oregon and surrounding areas.     Compensation & Benefits

    • Full-Time W2 Role: Paid twice monthly, with earnings up to $170,000 annually, based on experience and patient volume
    • Productivity Bonuses: Monthly incentives available for full-time providers
    • Training: 3-week paid onboarding (Mon–Fri, day shifts)

    Responsibilities

    • Travel locally throughout Bend and surrounding areas to provide comprehensive wound care
    • Conduct assessments, reach informed diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Perform procedures including debridement, biologic patch application, and UltraMIST therapy
    • Document encounters using AdvancedMD EMR
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and wound care specialists to ensure continuity of care
    • Build trust and compassion in every patient interaction

    Requirements

    • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license with board certification
    • Willingness to travel within the designated service area
    • Availability for Monday–Friday day shifts
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered wound care
    • Willingness to travel out-of-state for initial training
    • DEA not required

    Training Overview

    • Week 1: Virtual orientation and EMR training
    • Weeks 2 & 3: 4–5 days of in-person clinical training with an Advanced Wound Care Trainer (travel required)
